Insulation Grants and Heating Grants
We can offer you grant funded help (in some cases 100%) to all homeowners, giving you the opportunity to install energy saving measures, such as loft insulation and cavity wall insulation, in your home. We offer free no obligation insulation surveys and free no obligation heating surveys. Grants are split into two categories:
- Those able to pay a contribution towards the work (everyone is eligible)
Every homeowner and private tenant is eligible for government funding from CERT (Carbon Emissions Reduction Target). This leaves the average homeowner paying just £149 for cavity wall insulation and £149 for loft insulation.
- Priority grants that are 100% free to those that meet certain criteria.
The qualifying criteria can be found here.
